This is me, coming out of the River Cam. Why? Read on …
The following description of me was written by a chap called Rick Taylor, for the Christian Focus handbook.
Kirsteen is distinctive within Christian Focus, and easily
spotted, as she is permanently battle-scarred. She has the
unfortunate knack of making friends with people who like to beat her
up and/or throw her in
rivers; so if you have violent tendencies, Kirsteen’s the gal.
However, I find it somewhat surprising that people should choose to
unleash their rage on Kirsteen in this way as she is, like everyone
in Christian Focus *cough*, a warm hearted and friendly creature.
Perhaps their motivation is xenophobia (she’s from Guernsey,
they make cows differently over there) or more likely because
she’s an electronics student. Perhaps more usefully for this
handbook, she’s also CF worship rep, so at the Monday meetings
you will see her limping around, pleading with people to write Bible
studies, to lead opening devotions and, incongruously, to help with
the drinks. Do take pity on her and volunteer, it cheers her up no
end.

Web design
I’m a web developer. I do it at work and I do it at home, and therefore have the best possible job ;-). I used to work freelance, but now I’ve got a proper job I’ve got no time for that sort of thing any more, as fun as it is.
Other distractions
I sing with the music group at Our Lady Star of the Sea, Delancey; I tend to make things up as I go along, and it usually sounds OK! I’ve got myself involved in far too many web projects alongside people like Tim and Caleb. I help Kirk out with her Girls’ Brigade company, and I end up lending a hand at plenty of other things that go on, mostly related to the music group. In general, I'm busy!
